Family: $1,150.00

*Family + Nanny: $1,300.00

Family + up to 3 Grandchildren: $1,500.00

Individual: $750.00

*Limited to one Nanny per family. Individual must be named, ID required. Membership payments may be made monthly.

Proms in the school gym are a thing of the past!

At Brandywine Country Club, we take pride in our ability to convert our banquet hall to an venue for eating, dancing and creating memories with best friends and "promposal" dates!

Our professional event planners will create a lively and energetic atmosphere for the students, where they feel comfortable hitting the dance floor, catching up with friends at their table, or snapping away selfies!

It is our mission for students to leave with everlasting memories! After all, you often only get one prom in your lifetime!

Join the 2024 Brandywine Barracudas Swim Team

The 2024 swim season is finally here and all swimmers are invited to join the team! Brandywine Country Club is a part of the Maumee Valley Swim League ( MVSL ). The league consists of seven clubs around the Toledo area. We are very excited to start up a new swim season with all!

Registration
We are asking that everyone registers online this year using our online google form below and also join the Remind link for communication about weather and quick issues:

* Please complete your registration before May 1st for a T-shirt (Same shirt as last season).
* If you still have your shirt, please do not put down a size, rather put down the last option

Cost
$100 first swimmer
$75 for each additional swimmer

Fees will help cover the cost of shirts, donut Fridays, meet ribbons, caps, meet supplies, end-of-the-year gifts, banquets, and league fees. Checks should be made out to Brandywine Country Club. You can also charge it to your member fees but would have to communicate that with Coach Kyle and Ryan.

Spirit Wear
We will have spirit wear through Wilkinsons this year. More information is to come in an email to all the parents once all clothing and items are selected. We will have the order ready as soon as possible.

Suits
We are using the same suit design as last year. So if your swimmer’s suit still fits them from last year, there is no need to buy a new suit. If you need to try on suits, Wilkinsons has all sizes available to try. If you’re a new swimmer or if you have outgrown last year’s suit, you can order a new one through Wilkinson’s. Our order deadline for suits is May 1st. Anything ordered after that date can not be
guaranteed for the first meet. We will send out the link to order suits as soon as we have it. You can also try on and order swimsuits at that April 27th meet and greet.

Volunteers
The Swim Team will need many volunteers for each home swim meet. We cannot run a meet without your help! There will be a sign-up for volunteers for each meet. We will try to get the sign-up sheet out as soon as possible and ask that parents try to volunteer for each meet. We will utilize Sign-up Genius for each event that needs volunteers.

Practice Schedule/Times
Practices will start on May 28th. We will go on our normal schedule of Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday.

● Robbie’s Group 1: 9:00-10:00 AM
* Can swim ¾ or the length of the pool (usually 5-8 year-olds)
* Kids in this group may move to 9-10 group (At first practice/Robbie moves up)
● Robbie’s Group 2: 10:00-10:45 AM
* Cannot swim in deep water without assistance or breathe on their own
● All other groups: 9:00-10:20 AM

* Please arrive by 8:55 am for stretching to start at 9.

Meets
All meets will be held on Wednesdays starting at 5 pm. Warm-ups begin at 4:15 pm for the home team and 4:30 pm for the away team. Meets generally last between 2-3 hours. If your swimmer cannot make it to a meet please let a coach know in advance. Also, if your child becomes ill or you cannot make the meet at the last minute, please tell Coach Kyle immediately or call his cell. We must know ahead of time if your child will not be swimming.

Meet schedule: TBD and will be set out when released

Championships
Champs will be held at Sylvania Country Club and the date is still to be determined. This meet is generally an all-day event and will start at 10 am. More information to come as we get closer to the date.
